Following the invention of the Nupe Calendar by Isyaku Bala Ibrahim, and its subsequent publication by the Niger State Book Development Agency (NSBDA), the Chief Servant, Dr. Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu, CON, Talban Minna, and Sodangi Nupe presented the Nupe Modern Calendar before the executive council on 12^th February 2014. The council however commended the effort of the inventor.
